Sending With Interac E-Transfers

Sending payment through E-Transfers is simple and secure.

  1. Sign into your online banking and select send E-Transfer
  2. Simply add us as a recipient (the email will be provided on your invoice)
  3.  Ensure your Security Question is correct before sending payment.
  4. Please reference your order number in the message box.

Do We Issue Refunds?

We do not issue refunds or exchanges (with the exception of defective pens). If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please note that we only issue refunds in the form of points.

How do i cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order please contact senzugreens@gmail.com

Payments that are not received within 24 hours will be automatically canceled.

Please note that if the payment has already been accepted and processed, we can no longer cancel the order. 

How do i register?

To register you must be 19+ with a Canadian address.

1. Go onto My Account and select Register / Sign up

2. Provide your email address and set a password.

3. Please note that it can take up to a day to review the ID and approve the account.

** Uploading your ID is a mandatory step to verify you are legal of age. **

Lost Items

At Senzu Greens we are not responsible for lost items due to :

  1. Theft after delivery
  2. Wrong address provided by the customer (including typos and small errors).

How Do I Place an Order?

To place an order, we require that you are 19+ and live within Canada.

1. Register for an account at www.senzugreens.ca

2. Sumbit a clear photo of proper identification (ex. drivers license, passport etc) to senzugreens@gmail.com

3. Wait for approval (may take up to 24 hours).

4. Once approved, you will recieve a $25 off coupon to apply to your order.

5. Search and fill your cart with selections of flower, edibles and concentrates.

6. Check out and pay using Interac E-Transfers.

7. You will receive a tracking number once payment has been shipped. Delivery make take up to 2-4 business days.

Minimum orders $100 after discounts. Free shipping on orders over $150. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Order before 10 AM PST and we will ship your order on the same day.

  • The interact system can take up to 3 hours to direct your payment to the provided email address.
  • Canada Post may experience delays on random occurrences, Holiday seasons and when experiencing extreme weather conditions.

Once your order has been ship (Canada Express Post) it can take up to 4 business days.

How Do I Track My Order?

All Canada Express Post shipping includes a tracking number.

Canada Post tracker update delays :

  • The package has been dropped off at the post office already, but the clerk has not scanned or missed the scan on the package. The next scan will be later in the day at the processing center.
  • Canada Post may experience random delays or problems.

Your order will be carefully vacuum sealed and in a mailers, for extra security and discretion.
